The extended bump stops are designed for lifted JB64/74 Jimnys. They limit the up travel of the suspension, preventing shocks absorbers from damages due to over-compression and harsh bottoming. When running large tyres, the extended bump stops also help provide larger clearance to stop the tyres from rubbing on inner arches.
